Orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days. Some products, such as pre-orders and customized jewelry, may take longer. We constantly strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a little longer. In such cases, we will promptly notify you of any delay.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Amazon Pay, Shop Pay& PayPal.we do no accept money orders or cash
If you are not 100% happy with the item, we will offer either an exchange or refund.Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date of merchandise. Buyer pays for return shipping.Return items must be in brand new condition (unused, unworn, unaltered). No exception.Must return in original packaging and gift box, along with free items if any.Return items MUST meet all above requirements to be eligible for a full refund or an exchange.We receive very few returns, but please contact me prior to doing so.
The discount code isn't applied automatically. You need to manually enter it at the checkout page, there is a box where you can type it in.

If you have previously created an account on our site, go to the 'Sign In' option and click on "Forgot Your Password?” Enter your email address associated with your account. If it is not in your spam folder, it is possible that the email address provided did not match the email address in our system.
There is no warranty on any products.
We at Omranii always work hard to meet our customer's expectations. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can send it back for a refund or exchange. You can contact our customer support .
If you receive the damaged or defective item(s), please contact our customer support .with clear images of the received defective/damaged item.
